Hello, My name is Ryanna and I am a pre-school lead teacher, looking for a part time sitter job. (Fri,Sat,& sunday) I have been in the childcare field for 4 years now and have cared for children from the ages of 6 weeks to 14 year olds. I have my National Child Development Associate (CDA) along with my CPR and First Aid certifications. In my day-to-day role as a lead teacher, I provide constant supervision of the 15 children enrolled into my class, develop and implement lesson plans, create a natural and nurturing environment, while maintaining trust and confidence with the families and colleagues at my preschool center. I believe in having a structured environment for children, as it provides a sense of security for them when they know what to expect next. While structure provides security, I also like to have a balance of play because it gives the Read more child the opportunity of learning with a sense of freedom.
