Meet Destinee

My name is Destinee. I am from upstate NY but have been a resident of Florida for about 4 years. The passion I have for children magnifies on so many levels. I have a background in the health field as a PCA and also I was a Special Education TA for years. I like to call myself the “baby whisperer.” I call myself that for a few reasons. Sometimes there’s nothing you can do to pacify a child when they are crying or just “acting out.” I have a way with babies and children where I connect with them doing various acts of Connecting with them and out of a line of 3 people I’m always the only one who can get the child to come down from their emotional wave. Whether a it’s having a conversation or just simply holding the child near my heart - It’s efficient . Read more I’m fun and creative. I love children because they allow me to tap into that realm- I’ve flown out to decorate a “Moana” and “Dinosaur” themed birthday parties for close friends. Just being able to bring things to life because these days a lot of children are KINETIC. I enjoy being able to be comfort to a child and making things guns for them, making things “out of the box” For them, and simply having a positive and education instilled connection. There’s always new things to learn everyday.
