At 23 years old, I recently graduated from North Carolina State University, holding degrees in both Spanish and Political Science. Growing up in a Montessori environment played a significant role in shaping my character and values, offering a unique perspective on my approach to childcare. My Montessori upbringing instilled in me the values of curiosity, utilizing one's surroundings as a valuable learning resource, fostering patience, and embracing personalized learning journeys. Furthermore, I'm fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese, and if desired, I would love to incorporate these languages into the daily experiences of the children in your home. My experience as a babysitter spans across several years, including during my time in college and high school. However, where I truly honed my skills was through the invaluable personal experience of caring for my two younger Read more brothers. With an age difference of 13 and 9 years, I had the privilege of assuming a second motherly role, assisting with various aspects of their upbringing. From changing countless diapers and singing them to sleep, to feeding, bathing, and beyond, I have cherished every moment of watching them grow. Making meaningful connections with people and being a positive influence in their lives brings me immense joy. Through my interactions with children while babysitting, I strive to create nurturing bonds and inspire them in their own unique journeys.
