My objective is to find a position were I can be an asset to a great school or a wonderful family. I am the mother of two wonderful adult young women and a grandmother of two beautiful grandchildren. I have been a teacher most of my life in one way or another, I am very proud of this. I am at a point in my life in which I would love to be a professional nanny if the right opportunity presented itself. I am open to travel. In my current position I am a substitute teacher for Hillsborough County. At the beginning of January 2018, I was in a long-term substitute position as an art teacher at Clair Mel Elementary School until the end of the school year (May 25, 2018). Inspired students and assisted them in developing their creativity and self-expression through various art forms and media. Taught classes on a variety of topics including, painting, collage, color theory, oil pastels, and the basics on self-portraits. Instructed children ranging in age from five to eleven. The beginning of August 2018 school year Clair-Mel offered me the position of 3rd. grade teacher for 12 weeks. After this I was entrusted with a 1st. grade behavior challenged student for several months. I ended the school year (May 2019) working in the kindergarten department assisting with behavior and special academic needs.
