As a mother of 4, I understand the struggles of having a career and helping provide for your family and managing to keep balance and structure in the home, as well. In fact, that has played a big role in my decision to return to the work place as a part-time, in home caregiver/nanny. I believe that I can provide a greatly needed service for you and be able to achieve my own personal goals of financial stability at the same time. At Hammacks Retirement Home, in Vernon, FL/ 850-535-2491, I have worked for many years assisting with the daily preparation of meals and various other housekeeping tasks and I am currently employed there assisting with administration. I have spent the majority of my life providing personalized care for mentally and/or physically handicapped adults, as several members of my immediate family are mentally and/or physically handicapped and others have and Read more still are providing care for other individuals with similar life challenges from within their own homes, since the late 1970's. I have also worked as a substitute for Bay District Schools in many locations, including the pre-k, kindergarten and 4th grade ESE (autism) classrooms at Cedar Grove Elementary School. During the 2012-2013 school year, after a health condition kept the para who held the position out of work, indefinitely, I was offered and graciously excepted the position as full-time para (substitute) in Ms. Lisa Libby's kindergarten special needs (autism) classroom. With my background in early education for developmentally and/or physically delayed little ones and daily care giving for adults, you can be at ease knowing that I am giving your family members the same amount of attention, affection and protection that I would show to my own family.
