I am retired and have never officially been a caregiver. I have, however, raised two respectable and successful young ladies, now ages 42 and 39. I also helped with my two grandsons when they were small, now ages 18 and 17. I love arts and crafts, reading and learning of all kinds. When my older grandson was 15, he came to stay with me for several weeks one summer and I taught him to cook. After high school graduation in a couple of weeks, he is scheduled to enter the Navy as a culinary specialist. I would love spending time with another young person to help parents create another useful, respectable productive member of society.
