Icies H.

We hired Icies after having several Not so great experiences with nannies who were unreliable and unprofessional. Icies interviewed very well and showed confidence and was very empathetic to our past experience. She assured us that we could have 100% confidence and trust in her. She was good with our boys when present. She claimed to love our family and convinced us this was a good fit for her. There were never any conversations about issues or concerns whatsoever. After four weeks, there was not one week where she worked the whole week. There were always issues that would come up. She also was consistently at least 5-10 minutes late everyday she worked. We required the covid vaccine upon hiring. Icies assured us that she would get it. After two weeks, she told us that she received it. When we asked for a picture of her vaccination card as well as CPR card; she stated that she has misplaced both of them and would look for them. I asked for the cards three times and there was never any urgency to locate them. Icies knew that when we hired her we had been planning a week long trip so we would heavily rely on her to help with the kids while we were gone. Icies did not show up for work the week we were going out of town and it appeared that she blocked us on her phone. Fortunately, we had a back up plan or else we would have had to cancel our trip. There was never any indication that there was a problem or she had changed her mind about working for us. After showing sensitivity about our past experiences, I was completely surprised with the unprofessional way things were handled. We have not heard from Icies at all.
