*Vaccinated* Hi - My name is Kameron and I'm currently a student at Georgia State University, a yoga teacher, and an assistant teacher at a Montessori school! I've been working with kids since I was 15 and love it. I’m pursuing a psychology degree. After undergrad, I will be pursuing Montessori training. I take a great interest in the Montessori method, as well as nature-based learning. My philosophy is that every child is intuitively equipped with the tools they need to navigate the world; It is up to us to guide them and cultivate it. I love working with infants-toddlers but have worked with children of all ages. I take a holistic approach to childcare. This includes cultivating motor skills through outdoor exploration, garden play, or painting with safe, eco-friendly paints; cultivating emotional wellness through open communication with your child, positive affirmations, and teaching healthy methods of emotional self-regulation; cultivating Read more spiritual wellness through kid yoga, or fun guided meditations; cultivating physical wellness through delicious vegan/vegetarian meals and playtime outdoors. The entire picture of your child’s well-being and safety is important to me. My goal is to ensure when your child is in the hands of my care that I am providing the childcare I would want my own children to have! Although firm on my philosophy, I am very open-minded and always open to suggestions on how to approach the care of each individual child. (you are the parent and you know your child’s habits best.)
