Greetings! My name is Winnie Washington -Taggart! I am highly-motivated, and passionate about my community and education. I received my Masters of Arts in Risk Management from Durham University, which is ranked at the top 3rd university in the United Kingdom and Top 100 worldwide. I have a TRUE passion for traveling; and TEACHING. I recently relocated back to the United States during the midst of COVID19 and I am happy to begin pursuing my passion which is caring for and teaching children .
