We hired Leah to babysit our toddler. At the rate of $19/hour, we thought we were getting an experienced babysitter. She turned out to be relatively inexperienced, I.e., she didnt know how to do children’s laundry with a toddler by her side; she didn’t know when she borrowed our towel to wipe off playground slides, she needed to return the towel back to us; when the diaper pail was full, she didn’t try to empty it but instead put a dirty diaper on top of the pail; she couldn’t come up with activities to do with my toddler and needed me to give her ideas. When my husband and I had a talk with her about what our expectations were, she decided to quit.
