Hi! My name is Tessa. Ever since I was in grade school, I knew I wanted to work with children. Even as a young girl, I helped mothers in my neighborhood with their children as their "mother's helper". I specifically wanted to become a kindergarten teacher, but my education and field work led me to preschool and pre-K. I have 12+ years of babysitting experience under my belt, and more specifically, 9 years of full day nannying experience. I've been a full time teacher for about 4 years now, and absolutely love getting to see the kids' smiling faces everyday. In addition to teaching at a preschool, I am also tutoring after school for ages 5 up to 10. In my spare time I love exploring beaches and nature, listening to live music, and playing with my kitten.
