I Am A Trained And Certified Child Care Professional, Teacher, And Doula-in-training. I Aim To Be An Advocate And Assist Parents In Imagining And Creating The Child Care Experience They Want. Together, We Will Cultivate A Warm, Loving, Nurturing, Safe, And Educational Environment For All. I've worked with children in and out of the classroom since 2015. I started off as a City Year Americorps member. I served 2 years as a teacher's assistant in a 5th grade classroom. I spent 3 years also working and managing after school programs for Pre-K through high school students. I have had multiple families I've worked with doing private childcare over the years. Prior to covid, I worked in a daycare for 3 years and worked with two families during those 3 years as well. Both families have 2 children. 2 years apart. One mother went on maternity leave so my services were no longer needed. The other for two boys, 7 & 3 during the summer. When they went back to school, I went back to the nonprofit world. I recently relocated to Atlanta and I’m currently a nanny for a wonderful family with a 6 month old and a 3 year old in East Atlanta. Unfortunately, finances are tight for them so I am looking for a position for the new year. I am fully vaccinated.
