Kaila is very attentive to Lennon. She makes sure she understands everything we'd like for her to do with our daughter, and she takes direction well. During times when Lennon naps, Kaila also helps us around the house. We are very glad to have Kaila help us with Lennon twice a week, and that she is/can be flexible around when we need her.
