Hi, my name is Hope. I've grown up as the 5th eldest of 11 children. Helping take care of my younger siblings helped me understand the importance of child care. I have been a live in nanny in the past and it taught me so much. I like to include as much outside time as I can. I try to teach by example, kids notice our behavior more than we realize and imitate what we do and say. I also value hands-on activities and interactive play. I am currently taking classes 2 days a week and looking for a flexible schedule.
