I have over twenty years of experience as a professional Nanny. I was born to nurture babies & children. A Nanny is an investment in your child’s future. I help families raise children who turn out extraordinary because of their thriving childhood. Being a professional Nanny fulfills me like nothing else. I could not be more proud of my career and the positive impact I have had on dozens of families and children I hold in my heart forever. I do have experience with twins. I am passionate about protecting and watching my charges thrive and grow into inquisitive, excited little beings exploring the world safely and learning like sponges. I renewed my CPR & first aid certification in September of 2021. I have never smoked and have a perfect background and driving record. I drive an extremely safe and reliable SUV. I am a stickler about changing diapers immediately and applying sunscreen (once babies are old enough, of course). I received a full academic scholarship to complete my BA in English, was in the Honor’s Program and traveled abroad to Madrid. I have my passport and am available to travel with families. My first Nanny position was at the age of 18 years old. I cared for a 3 year old and a newborn. I have held full and part-time Nanny positions on a live-in and live-out basis, in addition to working in the corporate world from 1996 - 1999. I have raised a wonderful son and an amazing daughter. Having an empty nest means that I have a completely flexible schedule to accommodate my Nanny families. Others describe me as enthusiastic, creative and positive. I am a naturally optimistic person, and being with babies and young children fills me with joy. I was born in the South. My dad was an FBI agent, so I am extremely attuned to safety and security. My two biggest heroes are Gavin de Becker and John Walsh. I live on a 30-acre farm and love animals big and small. I stay in touch with many of my past Nanny charges, and I am ecstatic to see them whenever I have the opportunity. Recently, I had a former Nanny charge (who is pre-med) visit me all the way from Michigan. I have many outstanding references and eight 5-star reviews. I am looking for a long-term position with a young family of at least 36 hours weekly. I require guaranteed hours and a signed contract.
