Hey everyone,my name is Tierra and taking care of children is my calling!I am 22 years old and have a 7 month old if my own.I have worked with kids since my Sophmore Yr. of highschool,and childcare has been my expertise ever since.I have worked with newborns to 8th grade middle school students.I have always felt as though as a worker in the childcare field,we must nurture the children as if they were our own.Bring out their creative side,help them learn new things,etc.I have done art projects as well as lesson plans that get the children involved in the story or whatever we may be learning about.I also have done nanny work so if you need your kitchen or laundry done or dinner cooked or whatever it may be,I can also do that as well!
