Marta came highly recommended by her former employers. I gave her two stars because she was a good worker. However, she tended to agree with all the terms we discussed but probably withheld her true preferences. I believe she wants to work with newborns and is good at cleaning the house. But she is less enthusiastic about toddlers. She agreed to work for us but quit after six days (by then my toddler had already warmed up to her.) She gave us four days notice to leave the job. I understand people are always searching for better jobs. But to leave a full-time position when she has been treated well by the family is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate.
