Hi! My name is Christina, and I'm currently a junior at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I'm originally from Atlanta, Georgia, and some of my hobbies include reading, traveling, spending quality time with my friends and family, and working out. I've been babysitting/nannying since I was 15, and I have always enjoyed working and taking care of children. Three years ago, I completed a babysitting training course. When I first started babysitting, I would watch 1-3 kids for a few hours at a time, but I've taken on more responsibility since then. During my most recent nannying job, I watched two children (ages 4 & 6) for 40 hours/week. Some of my responsibilities included planning fun events to do throughout the week, driving them to their summer activities, preparing their meals, assisting them with their summer school work, and keeping the house clean and tidy. I'm a very patient and Read more understanding person, which makes it easy for me to effectively communicate with children. I also love animals, so having pets around won't be an issue. I drive a large SUV that can easily fit car seats, and my schedule will be pretty flexible this spring. Ideally, I would like to find a job where I can work around 15-20 hours per week.
