I love being a sitter because I enjoy being a part of children’s growth and development. There’s something rewarding about watching children learn new things, develop their personalities, and reach new milestones. I have hands-on childcare experience working with children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children. I previously worked as a Lead After-School Teacher where I supervised children, organized age-appropriate activities, supported learning and development, and maintained a safe and structured environment. I also have personal childcare experience caring for newborns and young children, including preparing meals, assisting with daily routines, encouraging communication, and supporting behavioral and social development. I bring patience, attentiveness, creativity, and strong communication skills to childcare. I also have experience working with children with different developmental and behavioral needs, including ADHD, autism, and ODD. I prioritize creating a safe, positive, and supportive environment while making sure each child receives attentive, individualized care.
