I'm 22 years old and have some college education (one year at AASU & one year at GSU), where I majored in early childhood education. I am also CPR Certified. However, most of my knowledge of caring for children comes from first hand experience. I started babysitting before I could drive for a few different families on weekends and as needed. I continued babysitting through the years more regularly and have references available. I also had a niece live with me and my mother from 0-5 years old and I helped constantly with her, she was like my own.
