I am a recent education major graduate from Mercer University. I have always loved working with children, and I started teaching Sunday school at my church when I was in middle school! I went on to be a camp counselor, elementary school tutor, and I have babysat for a professor's children while at Mercer. I not only love being around children, I also love teaching them and watching them grow as people! I have experience in both babysitting and tutoring children, and I have completed hundreds of hours of field placement at public schools in Macon during my time at Mercer where I help the teacher in any way she needs and teach lessons to the students. I have recently decided that I do not wish to teach at public schools as a regular classroom teacher, but I still would love to work with children and help them grow!
