Erica immediately blended into our family during her week with us. I needed a sitter to watch our youngest son (5 months old) while I transitioned back to work, but before his daycare became available. I could overhear her interacting with him intentionally throughout the day, going on walks, laughing, playing, snuggling. Erica is easy to talk to, very communicative, detailed in her readout on his activities and bottle schedule, and made herself comfortable in our home - exactly what we were looking for. We will be leveraging Erica again child care!
