Hello! My name is Alana, and for more than a decade, I have worked as a sitter and a nanny for families who have also become my own family, in a sense. I also have been working as a registered behavior technician for the past five years. My work as a RBT involves providing treatment plans for patients who are mostly autistic children. My degree in psychology helps me immensely in interacting with children, whether they have disabilities or not. I believe my experiences and education make me highly qualified to give endless love and care to your loved ones. I have always been an innately nurturing person. I am 30 years old right now, and cannot wait to have my own kids someday. I believe empathy and patience are the most important things in giving care for children.
