My name is April Spears and I am a 46 yr old mother and grandmother. I've recently stepped away from daily stress of the "Corporate World". I am currently enrolled in Medical Courses online, and am very thankful that I have the opportunity to do so. I acquired my Certified Nursing Assistant Certification several years ago, but due to unfortunate circumstances was unable to continue with what I dearly loved. I was a 14 yr United States Postal Service Letter Carrier 6 of those yrs were contracted. Between the service dates and after leaving the USPS I have been in the Administrative field, from Office Manager to Director of Operations, Execute Assistant & Internet BDC Manager. I took a one year break to care for my sister & brother in law of which were involved in a near fatal accident. My Passion: I am by nature a caretaker and a Read more nurturer. I have 2 beautiful biological daughters. The youngest at 22 is a Lab Specialist in the Army & stationed at Walter Reed Hospital in Bethesda, MD. The oldest being 26 is married with 2 children and most recently transferred to Fort Lee in VA. The love(s) of my life, my grandbabies are ages 4 & 6 years old. My oldest grandson resided with me for the first year and I cherish every one of those moments. There are more young adults that to this day still call me Mom. I have mentored 6 wonderful "kiddo's" and love them as if they were my own. Children are my happy place and I absolutely love, love babies.
