My name is Alie, I am 25 years old. I have most recently been a nanny for a 4 month girl that I was with since birth, who will now be attending daycare. I have also been a pod leader for a group of 6 kids aged 5-7 who were doing online school, a private nanny for a 14 month old girl, an 11 month old boy, and have worked in a daycare setting as an Assistant Teacher for both toddler and infant rooms. As such I have experience with structuring age appropriate activities, creating early education lesson plans that are both fun and interactive, scheduling, coordinating multiple children at once, and assisting families with transitions from bottle to puree, puree to table food, sleep training, and potty training.
