NOT RELIABLE! We discussed the position, pay, responsibilities over days and agreed on a start date. But one night before the start date Hailey asked a few questions (which we had already discussed , nothing new) and then stopped responding to my text when I asked if she still plans on coming. Did not show up did not even text/call the next day. I had said No to other people and then got stood up! Thanks !

Hailey was our nanny for 8 months, starting when my daughter was 7 months old. She is wonderful and caring, and we especially appreciated all of the fun songs and sensory activities that she incorporated into playtime. We felt very comfortable with her in our home and taking our child on trips to the park and always felt that she had our daughter's safety and happiness in mind.
