I love to draw and color with them, read to/ with them, dance with them, do kid friendly cardio with them and make them overall feel loved. It’s important to introduce children to these kinds of things at the early ages I work with which are 1-4 year olds. At my current Job at the daycare I have experience in looking after the children in the ways I stated so far, along with potty training them, teaching them to eat with spoons/forks, teaching them manners and cleanliness skills (pushing the chair in after eating, wiping their face, making sure to wash hands etc) I am looking for a job as a nanny/babysitter though because I work with 15+ kids per day full time. It’s out of my comfort zone really and I feel that I can reach the children more efficiently if I work with a smaller number maybe 2, or the max being 4 at a time
