From the moment I spoke to Adrienne on the phone, I knew she would be the Nanny I would end up hiring. She is such a positive person and has a great personality. She has a lot of experience with children and taught me a lot in the short time she's been working with our daughter. I always like to give honest feedback for people and like to give the good and the bad, but I can't think of any negatives in working with Adrienne. From the moment she started, she was very respectful of our wishes and asked a lot of good questions to ensure she was doing what we preferred with our infant. She's great at keeping her on a schedule, and keeps track when she eats, how many diaper changes, naps, etc on a sheet of paper for us each day. She takes her for long walks and gets her fresh air, tummy time, reads to her, and turns on music, and she's genuinely excited when the baby does something new. Whoever hires her next will be very lucky to have her as a Nanny!

Adrienne is an excellent candidate for a nanny. She is extremely professional, caring, and punctual. I hope she is able to find a full-time role with a loving family soon!

Ms. Adrienne worked for us as a temporary nanny for our infant starting when she was 3 months old and until she was 5 ½ months old. Ms. Adrienne took care of our baby and another couple’s baby in a nanny share situation. She also helped to look after our 3 dogs during the day (very needy dogs - lol) Adrienne provided basic infant care (changing, feeding, cleaning etc) and also took our daughter on long walks everyday, spent time outside on the porch, sang and read to her, in addition to providing play mat time on the floor and stimulation in bouncer seats and swings. Ms. Adrienne is a very professional nanny, but is also very energetic and lots of fun. My daughter loves her and would always just sit and smile at her as she would tell stories etc. I always enjoyed talking to her when I came home from work – she is very entertaining and provided a good transition when coming home from work. Adrienne is also very prompt and keeps track of all scheduling issues very meticulously. We never had to worry about her forgetting about scheduling changes or being late. She was also very flexible with scheduling changes and was always offering to come in early if we needed her based on work schedules. She also did a good job of keeping tract of our daughter’s daily schedule (bathroom and feeding schedule) so that we would know what she did during the day and could report habits back to the pediatrician.
