I am looking for a short term position until my kids start back school on July 29th. I am new to the Nanny profession, but I am raising two amazing, intelligent children; ages 12 and 15. I graduated from UGA in 2003 with a bachelor's in Telecommunications Production and Journalism. I wanted to work on movie sets. Instead, I stayed home with my 2 kids, while working from home for Google for 10 years. I am a very involved parent, helping in the classroom, chaperoning, planning events and parties, booster clubs, etc. I was a Cub Scout Den Leader for 4 years and substitute teach for JCS; I have had background checks with both. I know many families in the community, whose children I have taught in Cub Scouts or at JCS. I love babies and children; arts and crafts, reading, learning games, and exploring outside. I like teaching as Read more we go throughout the day. I am patient, I do not raise my voice or get frustrated with an emotional child. I love to cook and meal plan. I am clean, organized, consistent, kind, loyal (2 jobs I stayed at 10+ yrs). I will do extra duties to help you around the house. I like to stay busy! I am also a rule-follower/people pleaser and will do whatever you ask of me (lol). Ideal hours are between 6AM-4PM, Tuesday-Saturday.
