My name is Paola and I am 23 years old. I recently moved to Hawaii after receiving my Bachelors in Business Administration in May 2020. My most personal experience in childcare comes from helping taking care of my brother who is 6 years younger. Since he was little I helped my mom with him by changing his diapers, feeding him, etc. Over the years I babysat for family and family friends from new borns to middle schoolers. Between 2015 to 2018 I also volunteered at my old Elementary School: Ivanhoe Elementary School in Los Angeles, CA. During these two years I worked with children from Kindergarten-3rd grade, although I mostly worked with 3rd graders in class I got to experience interacting with a variety of kids.
