As an Assistant Teacher and Substitute Lead Teacher at a daycare located on The University of Iowa’s campus, I have worked with a diverse population of children and parents, including the children of healthcare professionals. I have also been a professional nanny for a private family in the past. I was with them for three years, and absolutely loved it. I have worked with infants/ children from 3 months to 5 years of age. I have 5 years of experience in childcare all together. I am currently a teachers assistant for a preschool, which I will be leaving at the end of December to move to Florida. Current skills and qualifications: • 2 hours of state training for mandatory reporting of child abuse • 1 hour of universal precautions and infectious disease control training • Certification in CPR • Certification in First Aid • DHS essentials training I have my Read more Bachelor's from the University of Iowa, and plan on going back for my Masters once I become settled in Florida. I am a very family orientated individual, which is one of the main reasons I am moving to Florida in January. My sister lives in Naples, and I am looking to live in the Estero area. I will be in Naples on December 3rd-6th, and would love the opportunity to meet if you would consider me for the position!
