Hello! My name is Mackenzie and will be moving back home and looking for a job working with children. I love working with children and helping them with becoming more independent and helping them grow. I grew up in a large family and have always helped with my younger brothers, nieces and nephews. I started babysitting for my sister when I was 11 when she lived at home and continued to help her children through the years. I also worked at a Boy Scout camp while I was in high school before I could get a “real” job. I went into waitressing and retail but didn’t enjoy it and realized it wasn’t for me. I went back to nannying for my sister before I worked a childcare center in cedar falls for 2 years before moving to Marion. I have worked in childcare the past 3 years since I moved Read more and couldn’t be happier with my decision with continuing to work with kids. I currently work at the Collins areospace day academy working with toddlers. We work on independence, potty training, colors/shapes ect.
