I worked at a daycare with ages 3 months and school-age for the years 2020-2021. Then from 2022-2023, I worked at an afterschool program and summer program at the community program in Madison, SD. During my schooling at DSU, I have had multiple opportunities to get experience in the classroom. I also grew up with several siblings and taking care of them has given me more experience. I was required in both daycare programs to get certified in CPR and any other aid training for all ages. I currently am student teaching in Chester, SD, but will start full-time teaching at a job by the start of the school year 2024-2025 for 5th grade at Rutland, SD community school.
