My name is Grace and I’m 18 years old, I just graduated high school and am looking for new opportunities to work with children. I wanted to apply specifically to yours because the age ranges are children I work best with. I have a younger brother who’s 14 as well as a younger sister who’s 3. I’ve played a huge role in taking care of my brother and my sister. With my younger sister, since she was young I have observed and monitored her play activities. I know how to deal with tantrums appropriately while also making sure the child is secure in their perspective in the situation. I’ve dressed and assisted her in dressing and bathing.I’ve accompanied my brother and his friends on walks and other outings. I can also make meals and snacks. I’m also CPR certified and took early childhood education courses in high school.
