I recently relocated to Boise, ID and I am so happy to be here! I have worked as an infant teacher, a church nursery caregiver, provided before and after school care in an elementary school, and most recently I have enjoyed working as a nanny. I have been trained in infant and child CPR, first aid, safe sleep for infants, as well as taking STARS and MERIT training and background checks. I also have a wonderful 3 year old daughter, who I would ideally like to bring along with me. She is a happy and easygoing child who loves books and playing outside. My most recent job was as a nanny for a sweet one year old girl. I brought my daughter with me to work and the two girls were the best of friends. I would prepare developmentally appropriate snacks and meals for them, read, draw, play games, take Read more them to play outside in the garden, and kept them on a nap time schedule. I would have loved to stay on with this family for years to come as they were all wonderful people and I really enjoyed my work there, however they had to move out of state for work. We ended on great terms and are planning to keep in touch :) I also have prior experience as a nanny for 2 awesome elementary school aged girls (6 and 8), where I provided before and after school care. I would prepare them breakfast and pack up their lunches, help them get ready to go, walk with them to the bus stop, as well and light housekeeping and pet care for their adorable dog. I have also worked in daycare for over 2 years as both an infant and toddler teacher, and as a church nursery caregiver for infants and toddlers aged 0-3 for over 6 years. Additionally, I have worked in a school setting with kids in grades K-5 providing before and after school care, including homework help, fitness activities, and developmentally appropriate curriculum. I am confident working with children of all ages, and am happy to help out with light housekeeping and pet care as well.
