Hello there! My name is Katrina and I am a new resident of beautiful Boise, Idaho! I'm a Southern California native that recently transferred to Boise State University. I'm currently a fifth-year, part-time student pursuing a Bachelor Of Science Degree in Psychology (originally Physics for 3 years). I enjoy working hard, learning new things, and, most of all, helping others! My strong work ethic, elaborate communication skills, and coach-ability have allowed for great success in all workplaces. I live by the positive belief that ‘attitude is everything’ and ‘there is always a solution’. It is this mentality that has earned the respect of my peers, developed my receptiveness to change, and drives my innovative nature. Children have always had an incredibly special place in my heart! From age 10 - 18 I served in various youth ministries through my church (both year-long and summer programs). My roles in those ministries included camp counselor, curriculum educator, fellowship group leader, caretaker (infants & toddlers), and event coordinator. I've worked with all ages from infant to high-school though church and personally babysitting for friends, neighbors, and extended family. I received CPR certification in 2016, but am aware that it is due for renewal and am looking to get re-certified soon!
