Hello! My name is Aaliyah, and I'm a 19-year-old caregiver with extensive professional and personal childcare experience. I've worked in a pediatric therapy clinic supporting children with developmental and behavioral needs, helped in at-home daycare settings, and gained hands-on experience in my high school's daycare program where I assisted with daily routines, learning activities, and supervision. I've also provided childcare for family friends over the years. As the second oldest of seven, I'm confident managing various ages and personalities while staying patient, organized, and calm.
