**UPDATE 8/8/20 - currently booked and working with a nanny agency.** I am a music teacher who loves kids and would like nothing more than to help families in need as a full time nanny and oversee remote learning! Though I have not been a nanny before, I do have experience with kids - I taught music full time in public schools for four years (high school, middle school, and most recently elementary school), taught day camps over the summer for kids aged 3-13, and have babysitting experience. I love pets, enjoy traveling, staying active, spending time with my husband and family, and love all things music - I would absolutely provide lessons in voice or piano if interested! Though music is my background, I am very knowledgeable in other subjects and would love to assist with remote learning. I will happily tutor, oversee turning in work electronically, partake in Read more assignments and guide little ones, proof-read essays, help with technology, or simply keep them motivated! Anything that occurs during the day with remote learning or otherwise (behavior, health, fun moments, etc) will be communicated to you immediately if needed or in an update upon your return. In addition, I am very willing to do housekeeping such as light cleaning, cooking/meal prep, laundry, oversee chores, or anything you need to keep a happy home. I have reliable transportation and have been hired in the past to take kids from school to activities and vice versa, and would absolutely transport kids wherever needed or organize an outing to a pre-approved place. I will uphold your house rules, wishes, and will always ask you for your thoughts (when available) if I am unsure how to proceed in any situation. I will take your kids' interests and hobbies to heart in order to provide activities they will enjoy and form a genuine relationship. I am looking forward to meeting you!
