Hello, I live in Batavia where I have been a nanny for over ten years. I started working as a nanny because I love being with children, helping them learn and grow. I am retired after home-schooling my three kids, enjoy reading, watching sci-fi and mystery shows, playing with my two cats and being outside. I smile easily and hug often. I hate to be bored and am always looking for fun projects to do. I am both reliable and flexible and take my roles very seriously. I was a nanny for three years to two sweet little children, a girl (aged 1 to 3) and a boy (newborn to 2). They kept me busy playing inside and out. They kept me on my toes with games, activities, and eventually karate and ballet classes. Once they started school a nanny was no longer needed but their mother and I have remained good friends and they are another wonderful reference for me. Before that I held a few short-term nanny jobs and worked for a daycare center for a year. I am currently looking for full time or close to full time for one or two children. I am entirely flexible as to hours and days needed.
