I am a mother of six. Five boys and one girl which are all grown (even though two boys are still at home). I started babysitting in Illinois when I was 12 years old and I did that until I was 19 and moved to California. After I moved I had my children and started working, and always had other children in and out of the house since my children were growing up at the time. Now I have a little boy next door that is 5 that I care for and a grandson that turned 3 just recently. I watch him whenever I can. I have worked as a professional for over 20 years. Now I've decided to retire from working with businesses and do something else. I enjoy animals and children and know I am very good at taking care of both. Even though I've been a mom Read more for over 39 years and done child care for years I am currently taking classes through the American Red Cross. I just finished the First Aid/CPR course. Now I am starting an Advanced Child Care course. I want to give the best possible care to any child I watch and these classes will help ensure that. I am a very patient, loving and honest person. I would always put the care of the child first and give them the extra attention that they deserve.
