My name is Margaret, but you can call me Margo, I’m a Freshman at Indiana University and I’m looking for any parents in need of a part time nanny or babysitter. I do have classes and some other activities throughout the semester; however, I get off at 2 Monday - Thursday, and noon on Fridays. I have some other meetings and events that I would have to work around so I would likely fit best with a flexible family. On Mondays and Wednesday’s I don’t have class till 10:00, so I could also work early mornings those days. I can work any day of the week, but I would prefer not to work weekend nights too much. I can be pretty flexible with your schedule as long as I’m not in class. I am the oldest child of 3; I have a 16 year old sister and a 13 year Read more old brother, so I was babysitting them since I was 10. Additionally, I started babysitting for families in the neighborhood when I was 12 or 13 and have continued that up until leaving for college. I have a lot of experience with elementary school and preschool aged children through that babysitting. I was in marching band in high school, which took up my whole summers, but the summer after I graduated, I spent the whole summer working for my city, O’fallon Parks and Rec, summer camp. I am from O’fallon, IL, about 20 minutes east of St. Louis. I worked in the preschool section of the camp, so all the kids I worked with were ages 3-5. I also helped with the after care program and got to be with a lot of the school aged children. For me, that gave me so much good childcare experience because I was able to see so many children from different backgrounds. Additionally, I have 14 cousins and they’re all younger than me, so I have spent a lot of time watching them and playing with them at all age levels, so I’m good with toddlers, all ages, middle schoolers. Currently I only have my bike, but if I need a car, my parents can drive 3 hours to bring me it. I just originally had no reason to need it.
