As the youngest of six children, I became an aunt at the age of three. This gave me the opportunity to not only observe my sister and brother caring for their newborns, my nieces and nephews, but to assist in their care as well. I quickly discoverd how much I enjoyed this and thus began my lifelong passion for the care of infants. In 2003, I was hired as a nanny by first time parents, Doctors R. and R. Miyasaki. I was caring for, nurturing and loving their daughter until she was a little over one year old. In 2005, I entered into a sharing arrangement between the Miyasaki family and the Bosches, family friends, who also had a daughter. I alternated the care of the two girls between the two family homes. This arrangement continued until 2007. In 2007, the Miyasakis and I welcomed a set of fraternal twins Read more (a girl and boy) into the world. From that time forward I took sole care of the twins along with their big sister who was 4 at the time of their birth. In 2010, while continuing my care for the Miyasaki children, I returned to school to study Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Development and Psychology. This education coupled with my natural love and affinity for caring for children has greatly enriched my career as a nanny. In 2014, once the children reached their primary school years, my help, although greatly appreciated was not longer needed. Our bond and has remained until today. From September 2014 until September 2016, I cared for two great families, the Fosters and the Cabezas, in San Francisco, on a Nanny Sharing arrangement for 2 years. From February 2016 until November 2019, I took care of the Lindsey-Brandon Family and their identical twin girls. In November 2019, I moved to Chicago. Shortly after the Covid-19 started and I have been inactive as a Nanny but now I am eager to start caring, loving and nurturing an infant(s) all over again. As a loving, dependable and caring Nanny. I have helped my families with children from birth to their teenage years; bathing and dressing (infant to toddler ages), preparing meals for their infants/children, keeping the children's rooms and play areas clean and tidy, children's laundry-washing and putting away, walking or taking them to the park, doctor's appointments, taking them to swimming lessons and to after school activities, library visits, crafting, singing, dancing, and preparing age appropriate activities to help them to reach their milestones.
