Lilian is a blessing. Always punctual, always arrives and leaves with a smile , and always goes above and beyond.

Lilian was terrific! From the moment she arrived at our place, she immediately began to connect with our daughter, who is almost 2 years old. The two quickly established a rapport and we felt very comfortable heading out for a little date night.

Lilian was great with our 6 month old. She was attentive, playful, and seemed to really enjoy spending with our baby. She was also punctual. Would definitely recommend!

Lilian was amazing. Our first time with her and she was immediately at ease with the baby and vice versa. She did a great job putting our baby down and also settling our baby down after she woke up mid sleep.

Lilian was a wonderful sitter! She helped my 2nd grader with her homework, played Candyland with my 4 year old and kept my 9 month old happy until I returned. I had her watch my kids twice and they are already asking when she can come back!

I specifically hired Lillian to get Dash down for a nap while I had a doctor's appointment. He had some trouble separating, so I told her he could have five minutes to play. She was supposed to head up to his room with him at 12:45. She did not do so until 2:25. However, I texted to see if he was "sleeping" at 2:20 after seeing on our iPhone monitor that he was not in bed. She replied that he was lying down but not yet sleeping, which was a lie. Even if he was giving her a hard time about going to bed, she should have gotten him to his room (and not lied about it) before being more than 1.5 hours past naptime. I can get past most things, but being blatantly lied to is not one of them.

Lilian continues to take the utmost care of every living being in our home, from our dog, our plants before the kids wake up, and making fresh scrambled eggs for the kids. Safety always comes first for her. She is such a blessing to us all!

Lillian watched our 18 month old twins while we were out of town- we trust her that much! Walked our dog in the morning while a second person was still in the house, woke them up, fed them breakfast and meals and took care of the boys while they were sick. Only with a special person would we feel safe leaving town like this!

Lillian took care of our kids when they were both sick and we had to be away without easy access to her. She kept our kids safe and did a lot at home to ease our coming back. She is enthusiastic, reliable, professional, and wonderful!

Lilliana arrived on time and jumped right in with our girls. She followed the dinner & bedtime routine and kept us informed throughout the night. They had a great time with her and we hope to hire her again soon!

Lilian is super reliable and very mellow. She can confidently handle difficult childcare situations (like a rocky bedtime), but is also willing to text and ask for advice if she needs to.

When our boys are sleeping, Lillian even takes care of our dog, walks him, and cleans up at home - makes coming home from a date night so easy. We love working with her!!

Lilian was very good with my daughter, but left my kitchen a mess! I came home to a sink full of dirty dishes and Mac & Cheese crusted in a pot on the stove.
