Nikia is very kind and understanding. My preschooler was out of sorts and not pleasant upon Nikia’s arrival, but Nikia was Stillwater.

Nikia is great with children! She really shows interest in them by listening and participating in what they are interested in and engaging with them at their developmental level. She also left the home very clean and orderly!

I recently hired Nikia for an evening of babysitting and it couldn't have gone better. My son has separation anxiety and the second she arrived he started crying. That said, within minutes she had bonded with him and by the time I left he didn't even cry when I walked out the door. Nikia took my son out riding bikes and the neighborhood parents said she was incredibly professional and fantastic with my son. She followed all the instructions that I left and sent me photos throughout the night with updates. This was only my first time meeting Nikia, but I will definitely hire her again if I can!
