My mother owned her own home daycare for 10+ years. When I was around the age of 10, she would let me assist her with: putting the kids to sleep for nap time, changing diapers, making and serving food and snacks, cleaning up the daycare center, creating fun activities for the children, answering her phone calls, and preparing the children to go home. I assisted my mom with such activities until the close of her daycare in 2013. I have such a passion for children and learning how they grow and interact. I love seeing them happy. I'm enrolled in a city college & I am taking up Child Care as my major.
