I have 13 years of experience babysitting for my younger brother and my 3 nieces since birth. I've worked with 2 families watching their children while they work and for date nights. The children in the families are in 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 6th grades. I would prepare meals, pick up from school and help with homework. I work in an after school program through the Skokie Park District with children ages 5 and up. In the program I give out snacks, organize games and help with homework. I love caring for and being around children, I consider myself still a kid at heart. I've never had a problem with any of the children that I have had the pleasure of being around and I think its mainly because I am into the things that the kids are into so we have those things in common. Parents need to know Read more that their children are safe and comfortable when they are away and I enjoy being that person parents can rely on.
