As a nanny, I have years of experience caring for infants and children of all ages. In my recent role as the daytime nanny for a family of two children, I learned how difficult it can be to manage the diverse needs of children in different stages of development. I honed my ability to care for each child individually, while simultaneously paying close attention to their needs as a group. I am committed to providing safe, nurturing environments for children in my care. I spent about eight years working as a classroom assistant in a pre-kindergarten classroom. I helped design lesson plans, decorate the room, and help provide a nurturing, fun, but disciplined environment for my students. As a nanny for a three-year-old and five-year-old child, I prided myself on my ability to not only care for the children’s needs, but also help them to learn and grow as children.
