Jessica reached out to express interest in the position we posted. We scheduled an interview, and she was a no-show. We received an email the following day, but would have appreciated a heads up. It's tricky to navigate nap schedules, feeding times, and interviews, so when someone doesn't keep their appointment, it is very frustrating and inconsiderate.
