Hi how are you? My name is Miranda Goosby (She/Her), I’m a 28 year old nanny/sitter, writer and doula in training. I have a background in higher education and home education. I am originally from Maryland and have lived in Chicago for the past six years. I now work with Northwestern University in international education. A little bit about me is that I have ten years plus experience working with children and infants. I have recent experience working with a variety of families over the past couple years living in Chicago specifically. I have worked with children of all ages and enjoy working with any age. Most recently I worked with a six month Read more old, an a six year old and helped him with his e learning three days a week. I have watched a 5 year old and a 6 month old who are siblings, two 5th grade siblings, a 2 year old and a 3 month old infant who are siblings as well. I am able to watch one or multiple children at once and am great at multi tasking. I have conducted childcare for conferences and worked with local families. I love to cook and could offer meal prep. I am a licensed driver. I am able to help with scheduling, any homework help, feedings, grocery shopping , home management tasks or other errands, teaching various activities, bed time or nap time help, and planning and offering educational and fun activities for the children.
