Hi! My name is Haley Schultheis. I am a 26 year old woman originally from Florida! I moved to Indianapolis is 2016 to nanny full time for my 6 week old cousin and occasionally her 2 year old sister. Since then, school and family has led me to Detroit and Chicago and now to Louisville! I have nannied/babysat everywhere I've lived so far and really have enjoyed creating relationships with the families I work(ed) for (we still keep in touch!). Most recently (through the end of 2020 through 2021), I nanny shared for 2 sisters with a total of 4 kids under 5. It was super fun + we created a somewhat structured routine that seemed to keep our days moving and enjoyable! I also have experience babysitting part-time for families. I love to create safe spaces for kids to enjoy themselves and encourage learning about mindfulness, compasion, and fun!!
